As a Credit Risk Innovation Lead Associate in Corporate & Treasury Chief Investment Office team, you will be at the center of keeping our firm strong and resilient. Job Responsibilities

  • Drive product development for credit risk analytics from ideation to launch and iteration.
  • Build scalable platforms using Python/PySpark, cloud technologies, and modern front-end frameworks.
  • Integrate advanced risk models and analytics into banking products and portfolios.
  • Collaborate with risk, product, and technology teams across geographies.
  • Leverage AI/ML and automation to enhance credit risk review and monitoring.
  • Develop product proposals, manage backlogs, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
  • Apply agile methodologies in cross-functional squads and iterate quickly.
  • Ensure solutions are data-driven, scalable, and regulatory-compliant.
  • Translate technical concepts for business stakeholders.
  • Champion innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Prioritize features and drive adoption of new solutions.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Significant experience in product management or product development, ideally in risk analytics or banking technology.
  • Proficiency in Python/PySpark, cloud platforms, data visualization, and front-end/back-end development.
  • Solid understanding of credit risk, banking products, portfolio analytics, and regulatory requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with agile frameworks, sprint planning, and backlog management.
  • Ability to break down complex business challenges and deliver practical solutions.
  • Strong communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or technical field.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Experience in product development, data science, or credit risk analytics.
  • Practical experience with Generative AI, large language models, and automation in financial services.
  • Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation architectures and enterprise AI applications.
  • Experience implementing and integrating AI/ML models with cloud platforms.
  • Understanding of MLOps practices for deploying and maintaining AI solutions.
  • Strong UI/UX and dashboarding skills.
  • Proficiency with agile tools and project management methodologies.
