Credit Product Delivery - Client Service Associate

Join our Credit Product Delivery team and deliver seamless client experience for lending and trade finance. This role offers exposure across the Commercial & Investment Bank and the opportunity to develop in a dynamic, service-focused environment.

As a Credit Product Delivery Associate within Global Banking Client and Deal Support, you will be the primary contact for servicing matters for Trade and Loans clients, coordinate post-onboarding documentation, address client and internal queries, and support post-deal activities.

You will partner closely with teams across Credit, Legal, Compliance, and Operations to deliver client-focused solutions, maintain a strong risk and controls framework and resolve documentation issues. Your work helps ensure accurate records, effective follow-up, and data-driven insights that enhance client servicing.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and ensure all post-onboarding client documentation are duly executed and records are well-maintained (e.g., board resolutions, authorized signatory updates, callback lists, etc.)
  • Address both internal and client queries regarding documentation matters in a prompt and timely manner
  • Provide clear guidance to clients in getting Trade / Loan facility-related documentation reviewed and completed (for maintenance purposes)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues relating to client documents
  • Manage complex, non-standard documentation requests and work with various internal partners to review such requests (e.g., Legal, KYC team, Operations)
  • Support the team in post deal closing activities (e.g. document management) and client requests (e.g. quarterly limit reports)
  • Deliver periodic Service reviews/reports, using data to understand and analyze clients' enquiries and servicing activities
  • Strong risk and control mindset; proactively identify, escalate, and help resolve operational issues to protect clients and the firm.
  • Drive continuous process enhancements and efficiency gains across operation workflows and documentation domain,

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics or other related disciplines
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Credit and Transaction Management or documentation
  • Strong analytical skills to proactively identify risks and issues, develop solutions, and escalate in a timely manner.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to partner across front office, operations, technology, legal, compliance, and external stakeholders globally
  • Proven ability to manage time-bound projects in a fast-paced environment with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented and meticulous in managing client documentation.
  • Willingness to learn with a forward-thinking mindset.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Proven experience in credit documentation, particularly within Trade & Loans
  • Experience in client servicing roles
