As a Credit Documentation Specialist - Associate within the Global Banking Client and Deal Support Credit Product Delivery team, you will facilitate and manage the deal lifecycle from mandate through execution. You will serve as the first point of contact for bankers and trade sales, providing transaction support for local, mid-corporates, multinational corporations and its subsidiary clients. You will ensure seamless document execution and deal closing, while maintaining a strong risk and control framework. You will work closely with local, regional and global teams to deliver consistent, client-focused support and operational excellence.

Job responsibilities
- Facilitate and manage the deal lifecycle from mandate through execution
- Serve as the primary contact for bankers and trade sales, providing transaction support
- Oversee document execution and deal closing processes for complex transactions including handling of complex security structure.
- Collaborate with credit, legal, compliance, and operations teams to deliver seamless support
- Maintain a strong risk and control framework throughout the deal process
- Support transactions for Local, Mid-Corporates, MNC's and it's subsidiary.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of documentation and execution tasks
- Identify and escalate issues to appropriate teams as needed
- Drive process improvements and participate in change initiatives
- Deliver superior client experiences through proactive communication and support
- Manage multiple priorities and timelines effectively

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience in Credit Administration, Transaction Management, or Credit Execution related roles within the Banking industry
- Strong knowledge of credit facility documentation and security structure across lending products.
- Proactive self-starter with ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to drive change
- Demonstrated control mindset with focus on continual improvement
- Highly organized, motivated, and able to escalate issues appropriately
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Ability to create a vision and actionable roadmap for ongoing innovation
- Client-facing experience
- Data analysis skills and familiarity with Tableau or other data visualization tools
