As a Creative Technologist on the Brand Operations AI Transformation team, you'll work with creatives, marketers, project managers and more as a subject-matter-expert on our AI tools and workflows, helping us work smarter, reducing time spent on manual tasks while delivering engaging, brand-aligned creative to millions of customers. You'll sit at the intersection of creativity, technology and innovation, helping us design, build and optimize AI-driven workflows to bring creative concepts to life. We're looking for a combination of tech-savvy, creative process knowledge and passion for problem-solving to help us define and scale our creative and brand management workflows. Job responsibilities:

  • Create, build and optimize AI-driven workflows for creative production in partnership with Creative and Brand Management teams.
  • Convert creative ideas and concepts into technical and scalable automated pipelines.
  • Modify and combine various AI tools to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Work alongside designers, writers, brand managers, project managers and tech teams to ensure technical execution aligns with brand/marketing and business goals and guidelines.
  • Work with project managers and prompt engineers to proactively identify, assess and mitigate risks, including those related to timeline/execution, data quality, model bias or ethical concerns. Ensure AI solutions meet high-quality and regulatory standards.
  • Develop and prototype new AI-powered experiences and assess the technical feasibility of creative strategies.
  • Maintain curiosity and a deep understanding of the rapidly evolving AI landscape, community trends, and new developments.
  • Explore and use new technologies to solve creative and technical challenges.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Creative problem-solver who enjoys using technology and APIs to address challenges, build tools and optimize workflows.
  • Familiarity with generative AI tools; active user of LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.), preferably in creative workflows, prompt-based story generation, etc.
  • Hands-on experience with AI/ML tools, APIs and platforms.
  • Ability to quickly become a subject matter expert in our in-house AI and project management tools, our business and creative portfolios and Brand team output.
  • Strong storytelling and presentation skills; comfortable exploring technical documentation and building/testing tools, as well as bringing that knowledge to others in a compelling way.
  • Strong collaboration skills to bridge creative vision and technical implementation; ability to blend creative vision, technical skills and deep understanding of AI tools and trends.
  • Strong prompt engineering skills across text, visual, and audio/animation contexts.
  • Able to collaborate with creative, brand management & technology teams to translate creative projects into scalable pipelines, customize AI tools and innovate new experiences using AI, prompt engineering and generative AI.
  • Continuous learning and innovation mindset; ability to bring curiosity, storytelling and technical knowledge to AI Transformation by exploring and championing emerging tools, defining and executing practical approaches, and encouraging others with the art of possibility (change management).

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in a related field (e.g., data science), but a combination of technical and creative savvy is most important.
  • Experience with generative AI tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Google Veo 3) in a workplace capacity.
  • Experience with creative tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Familiarity with creative collaboration workspaces/tools (i.e., Figma).
