As a Content Design Senior Associate in Compliance, you will shape customer experiences through clear, inclusive content across our products and services. Using content strategy, information architecture, and UX writing, you will plan, create, and structure product content within a user experience framework. Partnering closely with cross‑functional teams, you will ensure narrative consistency and influence product design, architecture, and functionality. Your work will improve comprehension, reduce friction, and build trust with our customers.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement content strategies for products and features, ensuring alignment with UX principles and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to create engaging, user‑friendly content for diverse audiences.
  • Create and maintain content models, taxonomies, and IA to improve findability and structure.
  • Adopt brand voice to produce clear, concise content that communicates complex concepts effectively.
  • Analyze content performance metrics and provide data‑driven recommendations to optimize user experiences.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in content design, UX writing, or digital copywriting for products and platforms.
  • Experience creating content architectures and applying storytelling to design high‑quality experiences.
  • Demonstrated application of accessibility guidelines and inclusive design.
  • Experience with iterative design, incorporating user feedback and insights for continuous improvement.
  • Proficient technical literacy in content platforms and how they impact user experience.
  • Adaptive learner with familiarity across financial services products and offerings.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Translate research into compelling narratives and executive‑ready artifacts (journeys, scenarios, insight decks); synthesize qual/quant data into clear, actionable findings with visualizations.
  • Connect user insights to brand positioning and go‑to‑market strategy (funnels, tone, campaign implications) to ensure UX aligns with brand objectives.
  • Lead rapid prototyping and iterative testing; facilitate cross‑functional workshops to turn user needs into prioritized hypotheses and product requirements.
  • Advocate and apply WCAG 2.1 AA+ across research and design; plan inclusive studies, recruit diverse participants, and partner with engineering for accessible experiences.
