As a Business Analysis Associate in the Integrated Case Management (ICM) Program Execution team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and advancing critical risk and compliance initiatives across the firm. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Compliance Officers, Technology, Internal Audit, and Operational Risk, to ensure the integrity and effectiveness of our systems. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, drive process improvements, and engage with senior stakeholders, all while developing your leadership and analytical skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze and resolve system issues, ensuring adherence to critical operational timelines and acting as the first line of technology triage.
- Proactively manage multiple priorities, demonstrating exceptional time management to deliver high-quality results.
- Lead the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripting process, ensuring accuracy and consistency within test management systems.
- Collaborate with technology partners to develop and refine automated testing scripts.
- Utilize business knowledge to identify root causes of issues and propose strategic solutions and workarounds.
- Engage with stakeholders to resolve complex queries, providing clear instructions and process walkthroughs.
- Identify and articulate potential system enhancements, partnering with stakeholders from strategy through implementation.
- Participate in testing activities, including UAT, regression, and production validation testing with diverse business and technology teams.
- Establish and maintain robust working relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives, seeking efficiency through automation, streamlining, or decommissioning.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement by leading or participating in project status calls and demonstrating new ICM functionality.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with proven ability to collect, evaluate, and interpret data across various contexts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong partnerships with senior business leaders and control functions globally.
- Skilled in issue resolution, decision-making, and organizational abilities.
- Demonstrated experience in process improvement and automation initiatives.
- Experience working independently and managing deliverables for various initiatives.
- Ability to work across organizational boundaries and escalate issues for timely resolution.
- Professional and approachable demeanor, with strong multitasking and attention to detail.
- Flexible work style, able to adapt to changing priorities and collaborate effectively across teams.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in production support, risk management, IT project management, or related back-office/control functions.
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or other Agile project management tools.
- Comfortable leading discussions and meetings, including presenting to large audiences and senior stakeholders.
- Experience in compliance, AML, violation frameworks, global securities, employee relations, or trade surveillance.
- Strong negotiation and presentation creation/delivery skills.
- Experience working in a global, cross-functional environment.
- Familiarity with production support functions and technology triage processes.
