Community Marketing Strategy & Delivery Lead - Senior Associate
The Community Marketing team unifies and amplifies initiatives that build trust in communities, empower consumers, and strengthen relationships with Chase customers. We are seeking a marketing leader who excels at end-to-end delivery and turning strategy into high-quality launches across channels.
As a Community Marketing Strategy & Delivery Lead - Senior Associate in Consumer Bank, you will drive the creative development and execution of initiatives that positions Chase as the trusted leader in financial advice and education for consumer segments - from conception to creative production through approvals, readiness, and launch. You will contribute to strategies that fosters community prosperity and resiliency with measurements that ensure marketing campaigns deliver on business priorities and elevates consumer experiences.
Job Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end program delivery, including timelines, milestones, risks, and launch readiness.
- Translate strategy and briefs into executable workplans across creative, channels, and partner teams.
- Manage day-to-day cross-functional coordination across Marketing, Social, PR/Communications, Legal, Compliance, and business partners.
- Lead creative development and production workflows, ensuring quality, consistency, and brand standards.
- Drive approvals management and ensure required documentation and controls are met.
- Coordinate field/market readiness activities (as applicable), including toolkits and communications.
- Manage agency and vendor execution, including scope, deliverables, and performance.
- Track progress and surface decisions needed to maintain momentum and mitigate delays.
- Support performance reporting and optimization recommendations post-launch
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Undergraduate or advanced degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 7+ years of relevant experience in marketing delivery, integrated execution, and/or communications.
- Strong program management skills, including complex workstreams and stakeholder coordination.
- Experience managing creative development and production processes end-to-end.
- Experience working with Legal/Compliance and navigating regulated marketing approvals.
- Strong communication skills and ability to drive decisions and accountability.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple launches simultaneously.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Experience supporting field/branch rollouts or market-based execution.
- Experience managing agencies and production vendors.
- Experience with measurement readouts and post-launch optimization.
