Community Marketing Experiential Lead - Senior Associate
The Community Marketing team unifies and amplifies initiatives that build trust in communities, empower consumers, and strengthen relationships with Chase customers. We are seeking an experiential marketing leader to design and deliver community experiences that strengthen relevance, connection, and impact.
As a Community Marketing Experiential Lead in Consumer Bank, you will lead the strategy, design, and delivery of experiential programs and events across markets. You will partner with cross-functional teams to bring experiences to life while ensuring brand consistency, operational rigor, and compliance. You will define success metrics and continuously improve experiences based on performance and feedback. Job Responsibilities
- Lead experiential strategy and program design aligned to Community Business & Development priorities.
- Develop scalable experience concepts, playbooks, and toolkits that can be deployed across markets.
- Own end-to-end event/program delivery, including planning, production, logistics, and post-event follow-up.
- Partner with Social, PR, and Communications to extend experiences through storytelling and amplification.
- Coordinate cross-functional execution with Marketing, Legal, Compliance, and business partners.
- Manage vendor and agency partners, including scopes of work, budgets, and deliverables.
- Ensure brand standards, customer experience quality, and risk/compliance requirements are met.
- Define measurement approach for experiential programs and translate insights into improvements.
- Build mechanisms to capture learnings and scale best practices across markets.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Undergraduate or advanced degree in Marketing, Communications, Events, Business, or a related field.
- 7+ years of relevant experience in experiential marketing, events, or integrated marketing execution.
- Demonstrated ability to lead end-to-end experiential programs across multiple stakeholders and vendors.
- Strong operational and project management skills with high attention to detail.
- Experience managing budgets and vendor/agency performance.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Experience designing scalable, repeatable experiences across multiple markets.
- Experience integrating experiential programs with social, communications, and owned channels.
- Experience with community-based programs and partnerships.
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence in a matrixed environment.
- Experience partnering with Legal/Compliance and operating within regulated requirements.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
