Commercial & Investment Bank - Transaction Execution
Job responsibilities
• Deliver best-in-class transaction execution management of credit products (trade focused) for Trade and Working Capital (T&WC) and Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) clients, including end-to-end management of the deal execution and maintaining oversight over the closing process.
• Review and support front office in negotiating legal documentation across various credit products.
• Reviewing conditions precedents and escalating when needed.
• Liaising with internal/external counsel to prepare and review transactional documentation.
• Draw on expertise to suggest solutions for appropriate stakeholders (Bankers and/or Trade Sales, Credit, Legal, Compliance, Tax, etc.) as necessary, ensuring they are brought into the debate in a timely manner to reach a resolution.
• Manage controls framework, reporting and escalation for transaction execution; including preparing and coordinating documentation deviations and approvals during negotiations.
• Maintain oversight of the deal closing process.
• Provide support in post-closing deal activities.

• Knowledge and understanding of Traditional Trade products and documentation
• Minimum 5 years' experience in documentation negotiation management and transaction execution coordination of credit facilities.
• Fluent in English is a must.
• Solid understanding of credit execution, transaction management and banking processes.
• Decision-making capabilities and the ability to identify problems and drive to a resolution.
• Excellent coordination skills and a strong control mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to manage relationships, both internally and externally.
• Good organization skills, and ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines, including strong prioritization skills.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
• Finance and/or Law degree.
• Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
