Job Description
Kinexys Digital Payments enables frictionless, on-demand, cross-border, multi-currency transactions 24/7 in near to real-time, allowing clients to optimize working capital and liquidity efficiently by mitigating prefunding and idle funds. Kinexys Digital Payments is supported by a scalable network of Blockchain Deposit Accounts which feature programmability, allowing clients automate payment processes seamlessly. Kinexys Digital Payments provides next-generation payment infrastructure that supports various use cases, including orchestration of Delivery vs Payments (DvP) transactions and multi-bank settlements.
The Product Solutions Sales Associate for Greater China Client Solutioning and Global Cross Currency (FX) Solutions team is a pivotal role within Kinexys Digital Payments, designed to foster and expand our client relationships in the Greater China region and across our Global FX clientele. This position is ideal for a proactive and strategic thinker who is passionate about product solutioning sales, business development, and innovative FX solutions. The associate will be instrumental in driving client engagement, facilitating seamless onboarding, contributing to the development of cutting-edge FX products, and focusing on the commercialization of FX solutions.
Job Responsibilities
- Drive new business development for the product, hunt and manage new client relationships for a given portfolio, grow the product P&L
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients in the Greater China region and Global FX markets.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services to existing clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to deliver tailored product solutions that meet client needs.
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to create compelling value propositions and go-to-market strategies, prepare sales materials and assit in RFPs and client presentations.
- Prepare regular reports on client activities, market trends, and business development efforts, analyze client feedback and market data to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in banking, fintech industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Possess extensive knowledge and understanding of payments and transactional foreign exchange (FX) products, along with their client use cases.
- Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, excellent client facing skills
- Ability to develop collaborative relationships with key internal partners - sales, product development, client service and bankers
- Detail-oriented, with a proven ability to execute tasks and drive results.
