Job Summary
As a Client Service Analyst within Custody CFT, you manage and control daily workflows to ensure efficient and effective service delivery. You will support the life cycle of trades, cash, FX, corporate actions, and income products, while driving operational improvements and client satisfaction. This role values strategic thinking, strong communication, and a commitment to continuous process enhancement.
Job Responsibilities

  • Manage workflow through the life cycle of trades, cash, FX, corporate actions, and income products.
  • Operationally control daily activities within the Custody Client Facing team.
  • Maximize team capacity through effective resource planning, training, and succession planning.
  • Ensure completion and sign-off of daily controls, client query management, and production of key metrics.
  • Provide clear communication to staff regarding strategic and regulatory changes.
  • Review and update Standard Operating Procedures in line with new policies and risk management.
  • Contribute to the strategic development of Global Custody products and team organization.

  • Operational expertise in settlements, trade support, cash, asset servicing, reconciliation, risk and control, and custody.
  • Strong risk and control awareness with the ability to prioritize and meet critical deadlines.
  • Confident communication skills with both internal and external clients.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent; proficient in Microsoft Office products.
