As an Analyst in Digital Document Services within the Client and Onboarding Documentation team, you maintain documentation records, validate information, and capture key data and metadata with care. You help teams across the business find and rely on documentation when it matters, while supporting initiatives that enhance controls, service levels, and operational efficiency. Passion for operations, data management, and working in a time-sensitive environment will help you thrive.

Job responsibilities

  • Maintain documentation records in the central depository system and other appropriate systems
  • Extract data from documentation and enter it accurately into systems to support downstream processes
  • Validate information and input data by following standard operating procedures to support quality and accuracy
  • Deliver work in line with agreed service levels, with a focus on accuracy and quality
  • Support pre-agreed initiatives aligned to business plans, including projects and data cleanups
  • Contribute to special projects such as process improvement, metrics analysis, and firmwide initiatives aligned to business plans

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Diploma holder
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to use data management tools (Excel and SharePoint) effectively
  • Partner effectively with internal stakeholders
  • Work independently with strong attention to detail
  • Apply a process-driven approach with a strong focus on quality, accuracy, and meeting strict service levels
  • Comfortable working with datasets and solving problems in a learning-focused environment

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Have experience working in administration or a financial institution (fresh graduates will also be considered)
  • Passion for Operations
