Client Advisor - ETF Distribution, Brazil & Southern Cone

The Vice President (VP), ETF Distribution, will be responsible for driving the growth and adoption of J.P. Morgan Asset Management's Exchange-Traded Funds (ETFs) among institutional and intermediary clients in Brazil and Chile. The role requires a deep understanding of the ETF market, strong client relationship management skills, and the ability to deliver tailored investment solutions in a dynamic and evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Coverage & Relationship Management
  • Develop and maintain relationships with institutional investors, private banks, wealth managers, and other key clients in Brazil and Southern Cone working jointly with the JPMAM local teams
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for ETF-related inquiries, product education, and portfolio solutions for the JPMAM local team
• Sales & Distribution

• Drive ETF sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding market share.
• Execute strategic distribution plans in alignment with regional and global objectives.
• Organize and participate in client meetings, presentations, and industry events.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in asset management, ETF distribution, or related financial services roles.
• Proven track record in sales and client relationship management, ideally within Brazil and/or Chile.
• Deep understanding of ETFs, capital markets, and investment products.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish; English proficiency required.
• Ability to travel within Brazil and Chile as needed.
