As a CIB Securities Services Ops - Business Analyst, Associate within our dynamic business transformation team, you will deliver high-quality analytics and automation use cases that support decision-making and process optimization. Job Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality analytics and automation use cases to support business decision-making
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Implement automation solutions using no-code/low-code platforms such as Alteryx and Tableau
- Lead and support transformation projects, managing multiple workstreams independently
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope
- Translate technical and non-technical information clearly for diverse audiences
- Proactively identify business needs and propose actionable recommendations
- Influence decision-making at various organizational levels
- Dissect complex problems and develop clear, actionable solutions
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
- Foster a culture of collaboration, diversity, and respect within the team and organization
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Minimum three years of experience in the financial industry, banking operations, or a related field
- Minimum two years of experience developing automation solutions or delivering change
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- Advanced understanding of no-code/low-code digital tools, specifically Alteryx and Tableau
- Familiarity with programming languages such as SQL or Python
- Proven history of delivering transformation projects involving high complexity
- Ability to independently manage and deliver on multiple streams of work concurrently
- Strong ability to articulate technical and non-technical information to various audiences
- Excellent collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to proactively identify business needs and create clear, actionable solutions
