Chief Data Office - Data Risk Management Associate

As a Chief Data Office - Data Risk Management Associate in the Firmwide Finance Business Architecture team (FFBA) you will be part of a high performing team of data management professionals with a focus on data privacy risk and ensuring compliance of Corporate Finance & Treasury /Chief Investment Office (T/CIO) with the firmwide data privacy expectations as well as respective privacy related laws and regulations.
The Corporate Finance & Treasury/Chief Investment Office (T/CIO) Chief Data Office (CDO) is responsible for providing fit-for-purpose data required by Corporate Finance & T/CIO and driving data governance and policy adherence to the Firmwide Data Risk Management standards and capabilities.

Job Responsibilities
- Support implementation of data privacy operating model across Corp Finance and Treasury/CIO space.
- Assess the impact and facilitate implementation of privacy related regulations pertaining to Corp Finance and Treasury/CIO data.
- Analyze and oversee privacy associated metrics, metadata, tools, identify gaps and facilitate remediation, populate respective reporting.
- Establish and maintain operations and monitoring of data privacy related processes.
- Collaborate with CDO teams, business stakeholders, firmwide partners, and other LOBs/CFs to drive data privacy projects and enhance existing technical capabilities for managing data privacy risk within Corp Finance and Treasury/CIO space.
- Uphold rigorous documentation, compliance, and quality control standards, regularly reviewing and recertifying process documentation.
- Support Finance & T/CIO Chief Data Office (CDO) leadership team in preparing for various Data Risk Management Forums through the creation of BAU (Business as Usual) and Program related data risk management metrics.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- 3+ years in Data Risk Management related field.
- 5+ years of corporate working experience in international and multi-cultural environment.
- Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Visio, Word), AI tools.
- Managing multiple priorities and thriving in a varied, fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; sound judgment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively, drive consensus, and influence relationships at all levels.
- Effective change management skills - ability to support & adapt within a changing environment.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Ability to support development of Operating Models, Processes and Job Aids which aim is to identify and mitigate data risk in alignment with CDO and firmwide expectations.
- Experience with developing concise content in Confluence and/or other collaboration tools/training materials.
