CEM External Reporting - Analyst

Join our External Reporting team to help deliver transparent, accurate financial and regulatory reports that stakeholders rely on. You will collaborate across lines of business and regulatory reporting teams to uphold a strong control environment while driving continuous improvements in data quality and reporting processes. Your work will help ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements and strengthen how we tell our financial story.

In this role, you will consolidate and analyze quarterly financial data, apply current product and market knowledge to specialty reporting, and coordinate submissions across teams for timely, high‑quality filings. You'll use inclusive, clear communication to partner with businesses and regulators, reinforce proof and control procedures, and support improvements that enhance reporting integrity and efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

  • Consolidate, review, and analyze quarterly financial data; perform quarter‑over‑quarter variance analytics
  • Coordinate data collection and quarterly business results with lines of business, Regulatory Controllers, and SEC reporting teams
  • Apply up‑to‑date product, industry, and market knowledge in specialty areas of external reporting
  • Participate in producing, reviewing, and filing monthly, quarterly, semi‑annual, and annual reports for regulatory agencies (e.g., Call Report, FR Y‑9C, Pillar III)
  • Adhere to proof and control procedures to reconcile regulatory filings with SEC and other published reports (Form 10‑Q, Form 10‑K)
  • Interpret and help define regulatory and SEC requirements; coordinate relevant internal and external policies
  • Build relationships with business partners and regulatory agency constituents; communicate financial information and flag issues proactively

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • 2+ years in Finance with exposure to accounting, financial statements, and/or regulatory reporting
  • Strong analytical skills with excellent Excel and computer proficiency
  • Effective written and oral communication; ability to clearly present financial information and surface risks/issues
  • Proven time management and organizational skills; ability to manage deadlines in a control‑focused environment
