The ReEntry program offers experienced professionals, who are currently on an extended career break of at least two years, the support and resources needed to relaunch their careers. The program spans over 30 locations worldwide.

The ReEntry Program is a 15-week fellowship program, beginning April 20, 2026 and ending July 31, 2026 with the prospect of an offer for permanent employment with JPMorganChase at the end of the program. The permanent placements will be based on both business needs and candidate skill set.

Job Summary
As a Control Management professional within Consumer and Community Banking, you maintain and enhance the control environment for your assigned business unit. You identify and address control issues, conduct root cause analyses, and support timely remediation efforts. You ensure controls are designed and executed to meet regulatory and firm-wide standards.

Job Responsibilities

  • Evaluate risk and controls environment to identify gaps and weaknesses.
  • Perform root cause analysis of control breaks and recommend solutions.
  • Ensure controls are properly designed and operating effectively.
  • Assist with development of Risk and Control Self-Assessment documentation.
  • Participate in process walkthroughs and deep dives with business units.
  • Execute exam protocols, issues management, and reporting activities.
  • Administer databases and maintain document control in line with oversight requirements.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.
  • Perform ad hoc duties to support strategic goals and deliverables.
  • Promote a proactive risk and control culture across the organization.
  • Support implementation of control frameworks and change management protocols.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Demonstrate at least 2 years of relevant experience in financial services.
  • Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Communicate effectively with global teams and stakeholders.
  • Adapt quickly to tight deadlines and changing environments.
  • Utilize MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint, proficiently.
  • Manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting.
  • Collaborate as a strong team player while working independently and strategically.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Hold a bachelor's degree in a related industry or equivalent work experience.
  • Leverage experience in control management or risk assessment roles.
  • Display knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
  • Integrate feedback to enhance control processes and frameworks.
  • Engage proactively in cross-functional projects and initiatives.
  • Contribute innovative ideas for process improvement and risk mitigation.
  • Support continuous learning and professional development within the team.
