As a Sourcing Manager within the Global Supplier Services - Corporate division, you will lead and support firmwide sourcing and contracting activities for third-party suppliers specializing in Information Services such as Consumer and Business Bureau data services, Tri-Merge, and Risk & Fraud Solutions (Market Facing Categories). Working closely with business partners, you will identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers that meet our strategic needs. Your contributions will help achieve cost efficiencies and ensure compliance with global standards. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality services to connected stakeholders, building strong supplier partnerships, and driving overall business success.

Job Responsibilities
- Lead and support the development and execution of market-facing category strategies, sourcing plans, and supplier spend management initiatives within assigned categories.
- Conduct comprehensive cost and spend analyses to identify savings opportunities and drive cost reduction initiatives through RFx processes.
- Collaborating with line of business (LOB) clients and stakeholders to define requirements and identifying and qualifying suppliers.
- Overseeing supplier management activities, such as tracking incumbent supplier spend, product / service segmentation, referencing, capability analysis, and rationalization.
- Designing and executing competitive sourcing processes and completing supplier due diligence , manage the contract life cycle process.
- Evaluating competitive supplier offerings and presenting sourcing options that align with JPMC's business needs.
- Leading commercial term negotiations, including P&L considerations and operationalizing early pay discount (EPD) contracts.
- Partner and collaborate with , Regional sourcing colleagues, Local, regional, and internal stakeholders. In-house Legal, Risk, and Finance teams.
- Oversee contract management activities, including MSA and SLA terms, gap analysis with support from external/internal counsel, and providing recommendations and comments.
- Maintain compliance and ensure use of the appropriate purchasing channels.
- Demonstrate subject matter expertise in the category and related processes and conducting book of work reviews with the stakeholder and keep project UpToDate.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Demonstrated experience in Information Services in Information Services such as Consumer and Business Bureau data services, Tri-Merge, and Risk & Fraud Solutions or related Sourcing
- Strong sourcing and process knowledge
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and proven interpersonal skills and sound judgment
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines
- Experience working with all levels of management across regions
- Strong client management skills
- Advanced financial analysis abilities
- Commitment to policy and procedural compliance
- Skilled in supplier evaluation and onboarding
- Proactive engagement with stakeholder to identify and develop value added opportunities and comprehensive sourcing strategies
- Minimum 6+ years relevant experience required
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Background in supplier due diligence for complex sourcing transactions and global procurement practices
- Commercial Contract Terms & Conditions and negotiations
- Experience supporting vendor rationalization programs
- Ability to present influence sourcing deal strategies to stakeholders
- Knowledge of service level agreement compliance
- Experience in developing and executing sourcing strategies for significant transactions
- ability to conduct market/industry/supplier analysis and synthesize data into a consumable format
