As a Campus Talent Acquisition Associate in the Campus Recruiting team, you will manage our campus recruiting efforts across China, reporting to the APAC Early Careers Lead. You will cultivate a talent ecosystem, drive strategic partnerships, and recruit top students from universities and high schools for our early careers programs. Your fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin will be essential as you work on documents and communications in both languages, ensuring a seamless and inclusive candidate experience.

Job Responsibilities

  • Build and partner with local business stakeholders and the broader regional campus team to develop and execute effective recruiting strategies
  • Engage with Program Management and HR Business Partners to understand business needs and demand plans
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Marketing and Employer Brand teams to create a consistent and engaging candidate experience
  • Maintain strong relationships with universities and high schools, leading the design and delivery of in-person and virtual events
  • Ensure consistency in interview structure and candidate evaluation across the business
  • Partner closely with the Campus Operations team to facilitate a seamless candidate and business experience, adhering to all recruiting risk and controls
  • Plan and manage end-to-end winter, summer, and traineeship programs
  • Provide support, mentorship, and serve as the point of escalation for all interns during programs
  • Lead the selection and evaluation process for offer conversions
  • Utilize data and reporting to identify process improvements and bring creative ideas to the recruiting strategy in China
  • Collect, research, and analyze data to identify market trends

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of campus recruiting experience
  • Fluency in Mandarin
  • Strong organizational and planning abilities; ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent influencing skills and demonstrated ability to build internal and external relationships
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
  • Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Experience working within global financial services businesses
  • Experience managing campus recruitment programs in China
  • Familiarity with attracting overseas Chinese student returnees
