Business Support Change Management Specialist - Analyst

Join a collaborative Business Support Management team where you help new colleagues hit the ground running. You ensure they have the right access, tools, and guidance from day one, partner across the business to solve problems quickly, and continuously improve the onboarding experience.

As a Business Change Management Specialist in Business Support Management, you coordinate end‑to‑end onboarding and employee movement activities, ensuring timely technology access, asset provisioning, and building entry. You serve as a trusted point of contact for new hires and transfers, partner closely with hiring managers and senior leaders, and drive a strong control environment that mitigates risk while enhancing the employee experience.

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage onboarding for new hires and internal transfers, covering technology, systems, building access, and orientation.
  • Set up and conduct comprehensive orientations introducing hires to culture, policies, systems, and technology.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for new hires and transfers; answer access questions, remediate concerns, and arrange hardware/technology.
  • Provision assets and applications; troubleshoot system access and entitlement issues to ensure timely productivity.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with hiring managers and key business partners.
  • Partner with senior leadership to facilitate projects and daily operational priorities.
  • Execute operational support for mass onboarding programs, including summer interns.
  • Enforce a strong control and compliance environment; identify and mitigate operational risks.
  • Gather feedback from hires and managers; analyze trends to streamline and improve onboarding processes.
  • Maintain processing and controls supporting employee movement and role changes across the organization.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities

  • Minimum 3 years of related experience; strong institutional knowledge of banking processes.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and influence skills across organizational levels; effective under pressure.
  • Excellent judgment and professionalism; ability to maintain confidential information.
  • Exceptional organization, problem solving, and process improvement skills.
  • Highly proactive; able to manage competing priorities and drive tasks to closure.
  • Consistent role modeling of the firm's values and code of conduct.
  • Project management skills to lead initiatives or support broader team objectives.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).

Preferred Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities

  • Experience with identity and access management concepts and tools.
  • Familiarity with HRIS, onboarding platforms, and ticketing/workflow systems.
  • Knowledge of compliance, risk controls, and audit practices in banking.
  • Background collaborating with partners such as Business Management, Finance, HR, Real Estate, Compliance, and Technology.
  • Exposure to large-scale onboarding events (e.g., campus or intern programs).
  • Process improvement training or certification (e.g., Lean Six Sigma).
  • Comfortable engaging with senior management and executive stakeholders.
