Business Manager Associate - APAC Control Management

Step into a high‑visibility seat at the center of APAC Control Management, where strategy meets execution across the region. Help senior leaders shape priorities, accelerate outcomes, and strengthen the firm's control environment

As the Business Manager Associate within the APAC Control Management team, you will be a trusted advisor and counterweight to the Head of APAC Control and their leadership team, promoting organizational strategy and regional priorities.

Job responsibilities

  • Drive leadership team agendas, priorities, meetings, and action follow‑ups.
  • Build executive‑ready business review materials and messaging that translate complex information into clear narratives.
  • Coordinate town halls and offsites, owning agendas, planning, and meeting materials.
  • Manage budgeting, headcount, and expense tracking with accurate reporting.
  • Lead the people agenda in partnership with the senior business control manager.
  • Lead process improvement and innovation initiatives to streamline operations.
  • Partner with control and program colleagues to clarify project expectations and deliverables for reporting.
  • Support regional, country, and strategic control change ad‑hoc initiatives and projects as directed.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in financial services, business management, or a similar strategic role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to distill complex information into key insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling presentations.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience with Alteryx or Tableau.
