As a Vice President in Business Management within the Markets Technology Group, you will manage platforms for Chief Business Technologists, helping drive key initiatives and mitigate business risks. You will partner with leaders and teams to translate complex information into compelling narratives and actionable plans. Together, we streamline processes, improve controls, and deliver results that move the business forward. Your work will simplify processes and elevate outcomes across the business, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Job responsibilities

  • Respond to executive ad-hoc requests with timely project management, analysis, and presentation support
  • Organize complex information into clear, compelling narratives and visuals
  • Manage platforms for a number of Chief Business Technologist in Markets Technology Group
  • Design and build management-ready presentations, reports, and dashboards and create wireframes and mock-ups rapidly and iteratively
  • Communicate with key partners to clarify objectives and drive decisions
  • Manage projects and deliver key workstreams end to end
  • Identify business risks across the platform and drive mitigating controls to closure
  • Support audit, regulatory, and compliance deliverables within the Risk Control Self Assessment framework
  • Coordinate team activities and prepare materials for town halls, recognition, and strategy sessions
  • Maintain shared resources and documentation on collaboration sites such as SharePoint
  • Collaborate with global colleagues to simplify, improve, and add value to business processes

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field
  • Experience in business management or a chief operating role supporting senior leaders
  • Track record of delivering high-quality presentations and reporting with rigorous attention to detail and design excellence
  • Proven ability to engage diverse stakeholder groups and drive aligned outcomes
  • Strong communication, organization, and project management skills
  • Ability to articulate and defend thoughtful design decisions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and pivot tables
  • Self-motivated, tenacious, and comfortable working with a high degree of independence
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Experience building dashboards and executive-level narrative visualizations
  • Familiarity with risk frameworks and audit practices
  • Experience creating wireframes and mock-ups using common design tools
  • Comfort working across global teams and time zones
  • Experience maintaining documentation in SharePoint or similar collaboration platforms
  • Skill in simplifying complex processes and driving continuous improvement
  • Exposure to regulatory and compliance deliverables in a business environment
