As an Executive Director in Business Banking Field Finance you will lead a high-performing team responsible for delivering insightful reporting and analysis that influences business results. You will champion process improvements and automation initiatives to drive efficiency and reduce cycle times. In this role, you will oversee strategic projects and collaborate closely with Field Finance peers and partners across the broader Business Bank Finance organization. Your primary focus will be on reporting and analyzing the growth and productivity of the business banking salesforce, providing actionable financial insights that shape key decisions. You will serve as a trusted advisor to the Business Banking Field CFO and Business Management partners, offering critical input into the drivers of Business Banking outcomes and helping to steer the business toward continued success.

- Manage a global team of 11, overseeing financial reporting, analysis, and day-to-day support for the Business Banking Sales Team.
- Champion process improvements and automation to streamline operations, minimize cycle times, and deliver new, forward-looking analyses that inform business strategy.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to Business Banking field leadership, aligning reporting, economic profitability, and scorecards to evaluate and drive strategic priorities.
- Oversee the development and production of field performance reporting packages and key management reports on banker productivity for over 500 field leaders.
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis for senior management, develop presentation materials, and drive meaningful, effective discussions to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Work cross-functionally with CCB field finance, business/segment partners, and key stakeholders (Compensation, HR, Legal, Controls, Risk) to deliver results.
- Partner with the Finance Data and Insights product team to enhance field performance reporting and transform leadership scorecards.
- Uphold superior controls and resiliency standards, ensuring disciplined expense management and sound investment in people.
- Anticipate needs, take initiative, and act decisively to move the business forward.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Deep financial acumen and a passion for solving complex problems with data-driven insights
- Comfortable working independently, managing multiple priorities, and delivering results in a dynamic environment
- Skilled at building relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels, from front-line bankers to C-suite executives
- Energized by ambiguity and the opportunity to create and implement new processes and analyses
- 8+ years of progressive leadership in Finance, Analytics, or Business Management
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Statistics, Accounting, or related field
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analytics; experience with data mining and manipulation
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills
- Experience with process improvement, automation, and working with Product teams
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; ability to tell a story with data
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused
