As a Business Assistant Analyst in our Business Support Team, you provide essential senior administrative support and team management in a dynamic environment. You partner with leaders and stakeholders to ensure seamless business operations and effective project delivery. You champion best practices, foster collaboration, and maintain high standards of confidentiality and professionalism. Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor business assistants, ensuring effective coverage and support across all business lines
- Collaborate with internal support groups, including human resources and business management, to promote best practices
- Manage recruitment and talent planning, partnering with stakeholders to meet business needs
- Oversee performance management, conduct regular feedback sessions, and support professional development
- Coordinate executive schedules, meetings, and events with precision and adaptability
- Organize complex travel arrangements and entertainment logistics, ensuring compliance with company policies
- Maintain strong relationships with senior leaders, business managers, and support teams
- Execute project-related tasks independently, delivering results within set timeframes
- Utilize Microsoft Office suite to produce reports, metrics, and accurate data entry
- Champion expense policy adherence and escalate concerns as needed
- Serve as a brand ambassador, modeling professionalism and integrity in all interactions

- Demonstrated expertise in executive assistant roles within the financial industry
- Proven experience in team management and administrative support
- High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical standards
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including reporting and analysis
