Business Analyst - LATAM Banking Operations

Today Mexico City, Mexico

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business and operations teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements for new projects and process enhancements.
  • Manage and track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure successful execution.
  • Work closely with local and regional stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements.
  • Support the development and implementation of solutions that improve operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
  • Assist in preparing project documentation, including business cases, process flows, and user stories.
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and discussions to drive alignment and clarify project objectives.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely delivery.
  • Contribute to change management activities and help teams adapt to new processes or systems.
  • Ensure all project requirements and deliverables meet standards for accuracy and completeness.

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:

  • Experience in business analysis, project management, or operations within banking or financial services, preferably in the LATAM region.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret complex business requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and remote teams.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
  • Adaptability to changing business needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Familiarity with regulatory reporting and compliance is a plus.
