As a Business Analysis Associate I in the Overdraft Oversight team, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency and strategic initiatives. You will leverage your understanding of data analytics and automation technologies to uncover patterns, analyze complex data sets, and propose innovative solutions. You will collaborate with diverse teams to ensure alignment with business strategies and successful project execution. You will utilize your computer literacy and digital proficiency to enhance processes and customer interactions. You will support team development by coaching others and making decisions that impact departmental goals and contribute to the overall success of the firm.

Job responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets using advanced data analytics skills to support operational initiatives and strategic decision-making.
- Utilize automation technologies to optimize processes, enhance efficiency, and support the implementation of business strategies.
- Provide insights and recommendations to team members, ensuring tasks and responsibilities are aligned with project objectives for efficient and effective outcomes.
- Collaborate effectively with diverse teams across the organization to align efforts, share knowledge, and drive the successful execution of projects.
- Leverage digital platforms and technological tools to improve processes, enhance customer interactions, and effectively communicate with stakeholders.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Proficiency in data and analytics technologies (including SAS Viya, SQL, and Alteryx).
- Demonstrated ability to conduct data analysis and interpret complex data sets, with proven expertise equivalent to 2+ years of experience.
- Advanced proficiency in using automation technologies to optimize processes and implement business strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to coach and guide team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration, coordinating efforts and sharing knowledge to drive project success.
- Advanced computer literacy and digital proficiency, with a track record of leveraging technology to enhance processes and customer interactions.
- Consistent quality service to customers through continuous communication.
- Comprehensive understanding of the software delivery lifecycle and skills in industry standard methodologies and related tasks.

- Proficient in leveraging artificial intelligence and AI tools to enhance data analysis, analyze business trends, and provide actionable business insights for strategic decision-making.
- Skilled in implementing automation solutions to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Experienced in applying customer service skills to understand client needs and deliver tailored business solutions, while utilizing conflict management skills to resolve stakeholder issues and facilitate effective collaboration.
- Adept at crafting clear and effective prompt writing to guide data analysis and ensure consistent outcomes.
- Expert in contributing to a collaborative work environment by sharing knowledge and supporting team initiatives.
- Seasoned in technology/process release management, with proficiency in using software applications, digital platforms, and other technological tools to solve problems and improve processes.
