As a Business Analysis Associate I - Licensing & Regulatory Management within our Philippines operations, you will be responsible for the centralized control, monitoring and recording of all fixed assets, in compliance with the Implementing Rules and Regulations of relevant Philippine government agencies.

Job Responsibilities

  • Secure and renew permits, accreditations, registrations and licenses from relevant Philippine government agencies, including Local Government Units, Bureau of Customs, Department of Environment and Natural Resources, National Telecommunications Commission and other applicable authorities.
  • Act as relationship manager for local regulators and relevant industry contacts, supporting constructive and compliant engagement.
  • Execute process changes and implement requirements arising from regulatory changes, ensuring timely and accurate adoption.
  • Enforce Fixed Asset Management policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable Philippine laws and regulations, as well as firm policies and guidelines.
  • Generate standard and ad hoc reports based on data from the company's Fixed Asset Database and other corporate stakeholders, providing insight for decisions and audits.
  • Manage records related to fixed assets and regulatory compliance, including maintaining complete, accurate and auditable filing systems and accountable forms.
  • Lead Regulatory Change meetings and monitor local regulatory compliance in partnership with Legal, Compliance and Controls.
  • Provide guidance and support on regulatory gatekeeping, reporting and documentation for critical site initiatives and business‑strategy‑related projects.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal corporate groups, LOBs and external stakeholders to support compliant and efficient operations.
  • Recommend adjustments and improvements to departmental and team procedures and identify opportunities for system enhancements.
  • Demonstrate familiarity and competence with departmental procedures, tools and systems used for fixed asset and regulatory management.

Required qualifications, skills and capabilities:

  • Bachelor's degree required; alternatively, at least 5+ years of equivalent work experience in fixed asset management and asset inventory management, in a BPO or shared‑services environment.
  • Knowledge of local regulatory requirements and processes related to fixed assets and facilities in the Philippines.
  • Experience in vendor management supporting asset or facilities‑related services.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, prioritization, organizational and time management skills.
  • High level of self‑motivation, attention to detail and ability to work with a sense of urgency.
  • Strong negotiation and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to perform effectively with ambiguous and/or changing direction and priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn processes and technology quickly.
  • Team‑oriented and collaborative working style.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills; enthusiastic, self‑motivated, calm and effective under pressure; highly collaborative and team oriented.

Preferred qualifications, skills and capabilities:

  • Strong background in compliance requirements of Philippine government regulatory agencies (for example, Philippine Economic Zone Authority, Bureau of Customs, Department of Environment and Natural Resources and other relevant agencies).
  • Experience with one or more of the following is preferred: Access Database, Tableau, Alteryx, SharePoint Site Administration.
  • Extensive experience in regulatory work, permitting/licensing and related government requirements.
  • Strong operations background and project management skills, with the ability to lead initiatives or provide support on broader team projects.
  • Prior project management experience is an advantage.
  • Proactive approach to change management, innovation and issue resolution.
  • Strong time management, organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment with competing priorities.
