Branch Workplace Technology - Product Analyst

As part of a collaborative product team, you will analyze customer needs, gather insights, and support product initiatives that drive business value and operational efficiency.
As a Product Analyst within Branch Workplace Technology team, you will support the product lifecycle by partnering with product managers, technology teams, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities, analyze data, document requirements, and contribute to the successful delivery of solutions. You will gain hands-on experience across product strategy, customer research, roadmap planning, and product execution while developing a strong foundation in modern product management practices.
Job Responsibilities
- Support product managers in executing product strategies, roadmaps, and business priorities
- Gather, analyze, and document business, customer, and operational requirements
- Conduct research to understand customer needs, user behaviors, and industry trends
- Analyze product performance metrics and prepare insights to support product decisions
- Assist with defining user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation
- Partner with technology, operations, design, and business teams to support product delivery initiatives
- Monitor product feedback and help identify opportunities for enhancements and process improvements
- Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for product and business stakeholders
- Support testing, implementation, and change readiness activities for product enhancements
- Help maintain product backlogs, documentation, and prioritization artifacts
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts that enhance customer and employee experiences
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- 1+ years of experience in product delivery, product management, project management, program management, or a related discipline
- Demonstrated interest in product management, technology, digital solutions, or business analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to gather, organize, and interpret data to identify trends and opportunities
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience creating presentations, reports, or business analyses
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Strong curiosity and customer-focused mindset
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Internship, academic, or professional experience supporting technology or product-related initiatives
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or product development methodologies
- Knowledge of user experience principles and customer-centric design
- Experience using analytics, reporting, or visualization tools
- Exposure to Jira, Confluence, or similar collaboration platforms
- Interest in branch technology, employee experience, workflow optimization, or consumer banking solutions
- Experience working with data analysis, process improvement, or operational reporting
