As a Product Delivery Senior Associate within the Branch Operations team, you are trusted with enabling the delivery of products in a stable and scalable way. Work with cross-function teams, build key relationships, and enable the product to continuously deliver value.

The team supports branch operations across five domains: geospatial and real estate intelligence for the full branch lifecycle, tablet and device management to drive in-branch strategy and observability, communications and tools for timely engagement and control management, teller transaction modernization via Teller Express, and controls/access administration at scale for roughly 40,000 branch employees. The Sr. Product Delivery Associate acts as a centralized point of contact for Branch Operations leadership, coordinating staff meetings, shared deliverables, OKR tracking, culture initiatives, executive-level presentations, and special projects. Success requires strong communication, project management, and strategic thinking skills, with the independence and adaptability to navigate change and collaborate across business and functional partners. The role offers significant exposure to senior leadership and broad experience spanning business operations, product, and strategy.

Job responsibilities

  • Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to execute on key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficiencies
  • Supports the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
  • Raises blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources
  • Lead and facilitate leadership and org-wide forums, including weekly staff meetings, quarterly all-hands/offsites, and senior-leadership business reviews; set focused agendas and capture action items and key takeaways.
  • Manage shared deliverables and timelines, ensuring on-time completion through rigorous OKR tracking and Capacity/RAG reporting.
  • Partner with business leadership to define and prioritize objectives, plan deliverables, and oversee end-to-end execution of the overall plan.
  • Create and deliver executive-level communications, presentations, and reports, and design the Branch Operations Product monthly newsletter.
  • Serve as the voice of the team, coordinating cross-functional communications and facilitating meetings to drive clarity and alignment.
  • Drive structured problem solving as a thought leader, proactively identifying issues and recommending practical solutions.
  • Oversee people operations artifacts, including open requisitions, headcount reporting, and organizational chart updates, and manage special projects from initiation through implementation.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Demonstrated performance in either product management or relevant domain area
  • Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities
  • Experience in product deployment processes
  • Possess 2+ years of project management experience to plan, coordinate, and deliver initiatives
  • Demonstrate structured, analytical problem solving to navigate complex decisions in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
  • Communicate clearly with senior management and build strong cross-business relationships, crafting executive-level presentations
  • Take initiative and operate with minimal supervision, exhibiting flexibility, adaptability, and reliability

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Developed knowledge of the product development life cycle
  • .BA/BS degree required; advanced degrees or other relevant certifications are a plus
  • Some experience in retail branch or consumer banking
  • Proven track record of working in highly matrixed organizations
  • Leverage proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Atlassian tools (JIRA, Align)
