Benefits - Associate
Support an employee experience that is compliant, accurate, and well-managed. As a Benefits Administration Analyst, you will administer benefit programs, partner with vendors, and respond to employee inquiries with professionalism. You'll help maintain disciplined controls and accurate records while supporting payroll and reporting needs. We value detail-oriented team players who are comfortable managing multiple priorities.
As a Benefits Administration Analyst in the Human Resources team, you will administer employee benefit programs and support day-to-day benefits operations. You will manage enrollments, maintain accurate and digitized employee records, and partner with vendors to ensure service quality and accountability. You will apply local regulatory requirements and provide benefits inputs for payroll and reporting activities.
Job Responsibilities
- Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment in medical and life insurance benefits and other applicable plans
- Apply local regulations to benefits administration activities and support compliant execution of processes
- Maintain and update employee benefits records, ensuring documentation is complete and digitized
- Monitor vendor performance by reviewing deliverables, controls, and service standards and tracking accountability
- Manage benefits vendors and coordinate issue resolution, escalations, and follow-ups as needed
- Advise employees on benefit options and respond to benefits-related inquiries and concerns
- Produce accurate benefits inputs and data for payroll processing and reconciliation
- Stay current on changes to policies, technologies, services, and local regulations impacting benefits administration
- Support benefit studies, audits, and required government filings by gathering and validating relevant data
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills - Experience in benefits administration, HR operations, payroll support, or a related role
- Knowledge of applying local regulatory requirements to HR processes
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate employee records
- Strong vendor management and follow-up skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-service mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills - Experience administering medical and life insurance benefits
- Experience supporting payroll inputs, reconciliations, or HR reporting
- Experience supporting audits, benefit studies, or regulatory filings
- Experience using HR systems and digital document management tools
- Demonstrated ability to improve processes through standardization or automation
