Step into the role of Sr. Associate, Shopping Experience & Product, where your expertise will drive initiatives supporting growth segments from strategy through delivery.
As a Senior Associate in the Growth Segments team, you will promote incremental customer growth through innovative deposit account shopping and account opening experiences. You will support the development and execution of omni-channel campaigns and product enhancements tailored to growth segments, ensuring relevant and personalized customer experiences.
Job responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of omni-channel campaigns and product enhancements tailored to growth segments, ensuring relevant and personalized customer experiences.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions, from strategy through implementation, with an emphasis on operational excellence and measurable results.
- Analyze data and customer insights to identify opportunities, optimize performance, and drive continuous improvement across digital shopping journeys.
- Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, prioritizing delivery and execution to scale online account volume and support organic growth.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, product management, or customer acquisition roles
- Demonstrated experience managing and executing marketing campaigns
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable working with data to drive decisions
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within tight deadlines
- Proven track record of collaborating across cross-functional teams (marketing, product, analytics, technology)
- Experience with campaign performance measurement and optimization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation abilities
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Comfortable adapting to changing priorities and fast-paced environments
- Highly proficient in PowerPoint
