Associate Counsel - Legal Support Team
The successful candidate will be part of the Legal Support Team that provides legal services to various Lines of Business and Practice Group attorneys within the Legal department. The successful candidate may be responsible for delivery of one or more functions with a focus on specific Practice Groups and/or region.
We are currently hiring a transactional lawyer to join the Legal Support Team. The responsibilities include:
Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of corporate documents with clients, including non-disclosure agreements, non-reliance letters, and joinder agreements;
Conduct legal research and analyze laws and requirements and
Engage in other special projects, as needed.
