As a Client Platform Operations Professional within our Client Platform Team, you will be responsible for setting and improving our organizational objectives, and ensuring their consistent accomplishment. You will perform control activities, including pooled fund share class monitoring and fiduciary reviews.
Job Responsibilities:
- Execute periodic reviews on client accounts and prepare regulatory client-facing reports.
- Conduct non-standard and most favored nation fee reviews for client accounts.
- Compile and deliver effective MIS metrics and supporting documentation for reporting.
- Assist with aspects of Risk and Controls Self Assessments, including testing procedures.
- Prepare account lists and obtain internal approvals for client communications.
- Address ad-hoc queries related to Client Platform, systems, and client information.
- Update and maintain all relevant records, logs, and databases accurately.
- Ensure policies and procedures are current and communicate updates to impacted teams.
- Execute tasks in line with Client Platform procedures, maintaining audit trails and maker/checker controls.
- Drive continuous process improvement and operational efficiencies.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills :
- At least 5 years of business analysis experience.
- Hold a bachelor's degree.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills with stakeholders and senior management.
- Exhibit intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
- Apply strong analytical and logical thinking to complex business processes.
- Show strong organizational and prioritization skills with attention to detail.
- Display strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse teams.
- Analyze and resolve project-related issues, following through on objectives.
- Elicit business requirements and processes from various stakeholder groups.
- Adapt to a fast-paced environment, managing tight deadlines and multiple priorities.
- Be a committed team player with a positive attitude and high performance on time-sensitive initiatives.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills :
- Experience with audit operations or compliance.
- Advanced Excel or data visualization skills.
- Exposure to CRM systems and business intelligence tools.
