As an Associate Banker in Heavy Equipment Distribution you will leverage your sector expertise and financial acumen to provide tailored advice, drive new business opportunities, and deepen existing partnerships. Working both independently and collaboratively, you will introduce our comprehensive suite of products - including Credit, Treasury Services, International Banking, Commercial Card, and Merchant Services - to help clients navigate the unique challenges of the heavy equipment distribution industry. Job Responsibilities
- Champion a culture of innovation and a customer-centric mindset
- Stay up to date with industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation or strategic partnerships
- Find ways to further new client acquisition in partnership with the bankers

- Develop deep expertise in the heavy equipment distribution sector, including supply chain and inventory financing
- Analyze financial statements and structure credit solutions tailored to industry needs
- Collaborate with product partners and manage deal execution from origination to closing
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
- Outstanding professional reputation and integrity
- Strong leadership and consultative sales skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop and retain new and profitable relationships
- Ability to assess risks inherent to complex credit transactions and mitigate, structure, and negotiate accordingly
- Extensive knowledge of products and services, including credit, treasury, and merchant services
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements for commercial banking
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
- 2+ years in a similar banking or finance role, preferably with exposure to equipment finance, credit analysis, or commercial banking
- Bachelor's degree preferred with a degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
- Superior knowledge of market dynamics and business environment in the heavy equipment distribution sector
- Excellent problem-solving, oral, and written communication skills
- Experience with digital banking platforms and CRM tools
