Job Summary
As an Associate within the Adobe Customer Journey Analytics team, you will leverage your expertise in digital analytics to synthesize and integrate both online and offline data sources for actionable insights. You will have the opportunity to work with Adobe Experience Cloud tools, including Adobe Analytics and Adobe Launch, to create unified customer journey narratives. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize product strategies and enhance decision-making through data-promoten insights.
Job responsibilities
- Assist in crafting and presenting data-driven stories using Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, integrating both digital and offline data sources to support product development and strategic decisions, ensuring stakeholders understand the impact of data on product performance.
- Contribute to the development of product insights for various audiences by leveraging Adobe CJA's capabilities to provide a comprehensive view of product performance and user behavior across channels.
- Support the optimization and implementation of analytics frameworks within Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, including the use of tag management systems (such as Adobe Launch) and other relevant Adobe tools to improve data accuracy and functionality.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to translate business goals into technical specifications, ensuring alignment with digital product strategies and operational needs, while facilitating the integration of offline data sources into Adobe CJA.
- Work closely with Digital Product Owners on product roadmap feature scoping and enhancements to ensure data-driven decisions shape user experience and product functionality, incorporating insights surfaced through Adobe CJA.
- Assist in documenting product requirements, defining acceptance criteria, and ensuring that technical implementation aligns with business objectives through data governance and hygiene practices, including the management of offline data sources within Adobe CJA.
- Facilitate collaboration among different business units to ensure that new features integrate well with existing systems and support the overall digital strategy, leveraging Adobe CJA to measure and analyze the impact of both digital and offline data.
- Contribute to the development of internal Business Intelligence capabilities by building and managing dashboards and reports in Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, democratizing data access and enhancing organizational analytics maturity.
- Support cross-functional teams in planning and executing product features, optimizing the customer journey and product performance through strategic data collection and analysis using Adobe CJA to synthesize both digital and offline data sources.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in analytics, with a focus on synthesizing and integrating both digital and offline data sources using Adobe Customer Journey Analytics.
- Proficient in using Adobe Customer Journey Analytics and related Adobe Experience Cloud tools to collect, analyze, and report on data, with an emphasis on integrating diverse data sets to form a cohesive narrative.
- Experience with Adobe Launch or other tag management systems and data collection frameworks to ensure accurate and comprehensive data capture from multiple sources, both digital and offline, for use in Adobe CJA.
- Familiarity with journey analytics tools, especially Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, that combine digital and non-digital data to understand the complete user journey.
- Basic knowledge of Virtual Assistants and measurement strategies to assess VA performance, with an understanding of how offline interactions can impact overall performance, as measured in Adobe CJA.
- Demonstrable skills in SQL, R, Python, or similar tools for data analysis, critical for joining and analyzing diverse data sets to drive insights and optimize product strategies within Adobe CJA.
- Strong communication skills, capable of transforming complex and varied data into insights; this role involves more than reporting - it's about weaving together data from multiple sources into narratives that support strategic decisions, using Adobe CJA.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience in product analytics within a technologically sophisticated environment, demonstrating the ability to support analytics teams and contribute to product strategies using Adobe Customer Journey Analytics.
- Knowledge in creating and managing insightful, actionable dashboards and reports using Adobe Customer Journey Analytics and other business intelligence tools, enhancing decision-making and performance monitoring.
