Assoc, Cybersecurity Technology & Controls Project Manager

As part of JPMC's Cybersecurity Technology & Controls PMO, our Project Manager will focus on leading small to medium sized projects as well as supporting larger scale programs and their supporting Program Managers. Additionally, you will help support our organization's project portfolio, governance and reporting functions. In this role you will have visibility to all of our priority initiatives as well as play a key role in how those initiatives are represented to the firm's Global Technology Leadership Team.

At JPMC, our project manager is in charge of maintaining, strong project governance, driving project level execution teams, managing a set of internal and external stakeholders to gain consensus across the organization, and representing the project with the established Executive oversight committees. This is your opportunity to get hands on with projects while helping our PMO reach the next level of maturity.

Your Tool Belt

• Experience managing technology projects with proven track record of success
• Strong organizational skills, a passion for completing to do lists, and a strong work ethic
• Project activity management experience using tools such as Monday, JIRA, ServiceNow, and/or other related management tools.
• Hands on dashboard / data summarization development experience using tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, Microsoft Power BI, Domo, etc.
• Ability to work collaboratively & translate business and user requirements into project plans
• Experience working in agile environment and driving continuous improvement.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Exceptionally strong storytelling and presentation development skills tailored for all levels of management.
• Ability and willingness to learn new technologies in a rapidly changing environment
• Experience working both independently and in a virtual, collaborative environment is essential.
