Job Summary
As a Vice President in the Asset Servicing team, you manage Income and Corporate Actions events across EMEA & WHEM Markets, ensuring timely and accurate processing. You collaborate with operations, clients, custodians, and third-party providers to reconcile claims, optimize cash management, and deliver business outcomes. You lead process innovation, risk mitigation, and team development, gaining high-level industry knowledge and exposure.
Job Responsibilities
- Demonstrate deep understanding of Asset Servicing lifecycle, including Corporate Actions and Income.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of mandatory and voluntary corporate action payments.
- Verify high-value payments and transactions, performing supervisory checks and daily signoffs.
- Act as primary contact for partner sites and client inquiries, managing MIS and escalations.
- Assist in developing and adjusting department procedures, systems enhancements, and efficiency goals.
- Perform routine and complex asset servicing tasks, diagnosing and resolving operational issues.
- Identify and remediate risks, maintaining a strong control mindset throughout processes.
- Drive continuous improvement by optimizing operations and reducing false exceptions.
- Provide innovative solutions tailored to client and process requirements.
- Lead, coach, and mentor the team, ensuring robust training, succession planning, and performance reviews.
- Manage tech and ops-driven projects, partnering with stakeholders to enhance efficiency and reduce risk.
Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities
- Bring 12+ years of relevant experience in Asset Servicing, covering Income and Corporate Actions.
- Apply analytical mindset and advanced problem-solving skills to resolve complex operational issues.
- Partner effectively with internal teams, clients, custodians, agents, depositories, and service providers.
- Manage tight delivery timelines and execute strategic change initiatives.
- Demonstrate strong controls discipline and audit readiness.
- Communicate clearly and manage stakeholders across global teams.
- Lead process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.

- Leverage experience in staff development, performance evaluation, and succession planning.

- Test and deliver Asset Servicing operating systems and platforms (TCS BaNCS experience advantageous).
