As a Transaction Processing Specialist within Asset Servicing, you oversee the operational management and control of daily workflow. You reconcile positions, process transactions, and resolve queries related to corporate action and income products. You ensure accuracy, efficiency, and client satisfaction in every aspect of asset servicing.
Job Responsibilities
- Reconcile positions, payments, and process transactions to client accounts
- Perform routine and non-routine asset servicing transactions with advanced expertise
- Diagnose problems and provide operational or technical resolutions
- Manage customer accounts, payments, income, and taxes across multiple events
- Resolve queries related to corporate and income events
- Serve as point of contact for internal communication with Middle Office and Client Service
- Offer suggestions for process improvements
- Adapt to extended hours and shifting business requirements
- Work under pressure and in different shifts
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in transaction processing
- Support asset servicing lifecycle activities
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
- Demonstrate prior experience in asset servicing, securities lending, or prime brokerage operations
- Collaborate closely with business partners and staff at all levels
- Adapt to tight deadlines and prioritize work effectively
- Organize and manage multi-stream program activities
