Asset Servicing Associate/Senior Associate

Job Summary
As a Senior Associate within the Markets Asset Servicing team, you will manage income events across both Equity and Fixed Income lines of business. You will ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of cash, wash, and other financial elements while collaborating with trading desks, sales, finance, and external partners. You will execute business deliverables and support centralized asset servicing across EMEA and WHEM markets for both product types.
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure timely completion of key risk steps within the process on a given pay date for income events across both Equity and Fixed Income products (e.g., dividends, coupon payments, bond redemptions).
- Perform oversight and reconcile cash, securities, wash, suspense, and control account breaks for both asset classes.
- Manage system feed issues and investigate late or incorrect transactions for Equity and Fixed Income until resolution.
- Monitor and manage KPIs and KRIs proactively for Equity and Fixed Income servicing.
- Lead teams to achieve delivery milestones and mitigate process risks across both Equity and Fixed Income operations.
- Communicate effectively with senior management and escalate issues promptly, ensuring coverage of both product areas.
- Conduct periodic end-to-end process reviews and remediate identified gaps in Equity and Fixed Income servicing.
- Drive automation using process transformation tools to enhance efficiency in both Equity and Fixed Income operations.
- Provide leadership by setting clear goals and strategies for the function, covering both product lines.
- Partner with BAU domain leads to execute growth, platform migration, and people development for Equity and Fixed Income servicing.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in claims processing activities within asset servicing, with a focus on both Equity and Fixed Income products, income events, and corporate actions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex operational issues across both asset classes.
- Excellent judgment and decision-making abilities in Equity and Fixed Income servicing scenarios.
- Solutions-oriented thinking in daily operations for both product types.
- Ability to independently identify, escalate, and analyze key issues for actionable recommendations in Equity and Fixed Income.
- Flexible collaboration with stakeholders and colleagues at all levels, including trading desks and external partners for both asset classes.
- Support teamwork and positive motivation within the function, fostering expertise in both Equity and Fixed Income servicing.
