Asset Management - Taiwan Sales Support - Associate

JPMorgan Asset Management (\"JPMAM\") provides investment management products and services to institutional and individual investors worldwide. It offers the full spectrum of investment strategies - from equity, cash management, fixed income, currency and asset allocation to alternative asset classes such as private equity, real estate and hedge funds.
As an Associate in the Sales Support Team, you will support on the Taiwan Business coverage and enhance the sales support function.
Job responsibilities
- Manage the overall administrative affairs of sales team and work closely with sales to provide high quality of client service
- Provide sales support to the Taiwan Funds Business team through preparing sales reports, product and market reports and analysis
- Handle client enquiries & assist on account opening procedures, coordinate with internal parties to work towards a solution (Marketing, Legal & Compliance, Operations ... etc.)
- Assist in marketing events / sales training / seminars and coordinate with internal parties to preparing all related materials
- Formulate internal Standard Operation Procedure for matters related to day-to-day routine of the business
- Assist the team to coordinate different business projects in accordance to the business growth of the Taiwan market, involving in overall project control, timeline management, progress tracking and communication with stakeholders across functions to deliver implementation
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- University graduate in Business, Finance and/or related discipline
- 4 years of experience in financial industry
- Good command of oral, listening and written English
- Detail-oriented, honesty, proactive, partnership and positive attitude, team work spirit
- Highly proactive, organized and detail-oriented. Ability to work in a high pressure environment with tight deadlines. Ability to multi-task while delivering results with quality
- Audit and controls focused
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Preferably with Asset Management business background
- Familiar with Lipper, Bloomberg is an advantage
