Join our Spectrum Delivery team at JPMorgan Asset Management as an Product Associate Contractor, where you'll have the chance to deliver exceptional experiences to our clients.

As a Product Associate in Spectrum Delivery, you'll leverage your experiences in the financial sector to provide outstanding service to a diverse range of clients, including banks, securities firms, and insurance companies, direct clients. You'll engage directly with clients throughout the life cycle, from the onboarding processes to ongoing services and offboarding, all while ensuring compliance with regulations. Additionally, you will participate in projects aimed at automating manual processes to enhance efficiency. Job Responsibilities

  • Handle clients' non-investment enquiries and requests via phone and written correspondence
  • Handle client onboarding and account maintenance to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements
  • Liaise with various functions to review and negotiate client agreements
  • Liaise with the operational teams to resolve any queries on client instructions and dealing related activities
  • Prepare client communications surrounding; operational/fund changes, issues or new initiatives
  • Manage and log client complaints, feedback and issues etc. ensuring regulatory deadlines and requirements are adhered to
  • Participate in projects and initiatives to ensure a consistent and positive client experience; and automate manual processes to enhance efficiency
  • Map out and document business processes using flow charts and process diagrams to identify areas for improvement
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring user needs are identified and clearly communicated to all stakeholders
  • Support projects by considering user perspectives and understanding how changes impact end users and business processes.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • University graduate with solid client service experience from financial institutions.
  • Demonstrate a basic understanding of financial markets and investment products
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with client service mind set and able to maintain good client and internal relationships
  • Knowledge and/or experience with agreement negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines; great attention to details; and able to demonstrate maturity and confidence to work under pressure
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin
  • Professional license: SITCA License, or Senior Brokerage License or Trust License is a must

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Fund management background is highly preferred
  • Proficient in Python, Qliksense etc. automation tools are preferred
  • Experience in process mapping and flow chart creation to visualize and optimize business processes is a plus
