Asset Management Ops - Strategy & Transformation - Product Owner

As a Product Owner in the AM operations team, you will be focused on Sigma product adoption and responsible for product delivery along with integration across various systems and tools.

Job responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver Sigma exception management and oversight solutions for stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain the book of work for aligned stakeholders, prioritizing initiatives and tracking progress.
  • Review stakeholder processes in partnership with aligned teams and propose automation solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with project team members and sponsors throughout the lifecycle, providing status updates, gaps/risks, roadblocks, and testing outcomes.
  • Apply critical thinking and perform advanced analytics to solve complex, multi‑faceted business problems.
  • Contribute new ideas and perspectives to foster a continuous learning mindset across the organization.
  • Build reusable capabilities by identifying needs, using creative design to solve problems, and educating and training team members.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

Graduate or postgraduate in any discipline

  • 5+ years' experience in conducting advanced data analysis, working with large data sets and crunching numbers
  • Ability to build relationships and leverage subject matter expertise to driving conversations and/or influence decisions/direction with Business and Technology areas
  • Proven experience leveraging job automation applications and environments
  • Strong PowerPoint and Data Visualization skills - we will require you to demonstrate proven experience
  • In touch with the latest financial technologies and willingness to constantly upgrade skills
  • Understanding and experience of AI /ML tools.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Working knowledge of Python, API Connectivity.
  • Good Product Management
  • Working knowledge of Spectrum / Alteryx / Tableau / SQL / Understanding of programming languages. / PMP
