Asset Management - Operations Technology, Production Support Engineer - Associate/ VP
Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of the valuation system, ensuring its stable, secure, and continuous operation.
2. Monitor the system's operational status to promptly identify and address performance bottlenecks, abnormal alarms, and potential risks.
3. Responsible for batch calculation of valuation data, monitoring of the end-of-day valuation process, and troubleshooting to ensure accurate and timely delivery of valuation results.
4. Collaborate with business departments and fund accountants to handle valuation-related business needs and daily issues.
5. Participate in the version upgrade, patch installation, functional testing, and switchover implementation of the valuation system.
6. Responsible for the requirements analysis, solution design, progress tracking, and implementation of small projects related to the operation and maintenance of the valuation system (such as function optimization, interface modification, batch scheduling optimization, etc.).
7. Coordinate with vendors, internal IT teams, and business departments to ensure timely delivery of valuation system-related projects.
8. Establish and improve operation and maintenance documentation, emergency plans, and operation manuals to promote the automation and standardization of operation and maintenance.
9. Assist in monitoring and co-operating with external systems (TA, accounting, risk control, etc.).
Job Qualifications
1. A full-time bachelor's degree or above, with priority given to candidates majoring in computer science, information management, financial engineering, or related fields.
2. Candidates with over 5 years of experience in financial IT operations and maintenance or application support will be given preference, with a background in fund companies or asset management industries preferred.
3. Familiar with fund valuation business processes and basic accounting knowledge.
4. Familiar with valuation system or similar financial valuation system operation and maintenance experience.
5. Possesses experience in project management or cross-departmental collaboration, and is capable of handling requirements communication, schedule control, and deliverables for small projects.
6. Possesses a proactive and positive work attitude, is goal- and results-oriented, and demonstrates strong self-motivation and resilience.
Requirements
1. Proficient in Linux operating system, with skills in writing common commands and scripts and performance tuning.
2. Familiar with databases such as Oracle/SQL Server, and possess SQL query, performance analysis, and data processing capabilities.
3. Familiar with the configuration and maintenance of application servers and middleware (such as WebLogic, Tomcat, etc.).
4. Possesses strong problem identification and analysis skills, and can independently resolve unexpected problems that arise during system operation.

5. Possesses excellent communication and coordination skills and a service-oriented mindset, and is able to effectively connect with business departments and suppliers.
6. Strong sense of responsibility, able to accept operational requirements such as daily end-of-day valuation support.
7. Understand common project management methodologies (such as Agile, Waterfall, PMBOK) and possess basic project planning, requirements tracking, and schedule management skills.
8. Good English reading and writing skills; able to communicate in business English.
