About the role

We are seeking a team-oriented self-starter who displays initiative and a positive attitude, a high level of integrity, drive and the motivation to support our business in the Nordic region. As a member of the Nordic team, you will provide comprehensive support to the Nordic Region Sales Team and Country Head ensuring timely and effective co-ordination of all activities, using all relevant tools and resources at your disposal. Understand, prioritize and resolve client requests, maintenance of our CRM tool (Sales Force) and analyze market trends and flows as well as client portfolios are examples of daily tasks for the Sales Support role. Handling client due diligence and onboarding processes are other examples, you will also participate in client meetings and other events organized by the team. The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal investment specialist teams and other product support functions are essential for this role.

About you

Descriptive and clear communication is an essential requirement, so the right candidate needs to be fluent in written and spoken English. Given the Nordic client base, command of a local language is a plus but not a requirement. As you will be part of a well-established team in Stockholm, collaboration and teamwork is an integral part of everything we do. You should have the motivation and confidence to proactively engage and lead client conversations throughout any case or task. Profile

- University degree, other professional qualifications is a bonus (e.g. IMC, CFA).

- Fluent in English, both writing and oral with another Nordic language is considered a plus.

- Asset Management or banking & finance experience.

- Excellent knowledge of MS-Office tools, especially Excel. Other applications such as Morningstar Direct and Sales Force is a plus.
