Job summary:
As an Associate on the Investment Platform Product team, you will play a key role in shaping and enhancing how the product team operates across three core investment personas: Research, Portfolio Management, and Trading. You will support the Product team in executing key initiatives, drive process improvements, own of platform messaging, reporting, and branding, and execute strategic projects as they arise. The ideal candidate is a highly independent self-starter, comfortable delivering high-visibility work in a dynamic environment.
Job responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product owners across the platform to understand key initiatives, drive stakeholder communications and updates, and support product execution as needed
- Own reporting channels and materials support for update forums, inclusive of tracking progress against initiatives, success metrics, and capturing takeaways in meeting minutes where required
- Support the development and execution of planning workshops, the budget cycle, and ad-hoc working sessions
- Identify ways to continually simplify, improve, automate, and add value to existing business processes
- Promptly respond to executive ad-hoc requests, managing and delivering key projects and asks.
- Organize and present complex information using advanced PowerPoint and excel skills, including wireframes and mock-ups for management presentations and dashboards.
- Identify ways to elevate the Spectrum brand through the pursuit of awards and strategic positioning of key wins in various marketing channels
- Coordinate team activities and prepare materials for town halls, team meetings, and other recognition forums
Required qualifications, skills and capabilities:
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Highly proactive with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Interest and experience in process improvement
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint required
- Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities across contexts
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly
Preferred qualifications, skills and capabilities:
- 2+ years of experience on an investment team
- Interest or experience in product management, basic understand
- Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and tools
