Asset Management - FOF Research Analyst - Associate/VP

Responsibilities:
- In-depth coverage of public fund products in the market, establish and maintain fund pools, conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis on fund manager style, performance attribution, investment ability, etc., and screen high-quality underlying stocks
- Assist or lead the formulation of FOF investment strategies, make tactical/strategic asset allocation recommendations based on macroeconomic and major asset classes, and construct and optimize FOF simulation portfolios
- Continuously track the performance of the holding fund, regularly output performance analysis reports, identify potential style drift, liquidity, credit and other risks, and propose rebalancing
- Develop or optimize fund evaluation models, attribution analysis frameworks, allocation models, etc., participate in the construction and maintenance of internal investment research systems and databases
- Provide internal research support and special reports to the Investment Decision Committee on the roadshow and due diligence needs of external support agencies/channels
Qualifications:
- Master's degree or above from well-known institutions at home and abroad, finance, economics, quantitative economics, statistics, financial engineering and other related fields
- 3+ years' experience in fund research or FOF investment from institutions such as public funds, securities asset management, insurance asset management or bank wealth management
- Having a track record of public, traceable performance is preferred
- Proficient in fund evaluation system
- Independent thinking, logical, resilient and working as a team
- Good written and verbal skills, able to clearly output investment ideas and research reports
- AMAC qualification obtained
工作职责:
- 深入覆盖全市场公募基金产品,建立并维护基金池,对基金经理风格、业绩归因、投资能力等进行定量与定性分析,筛选优质底层标的
- 协助或主导FOF投资策略的制定,基于宏观经济、大类资产研判,提出战术/战略资产配置建议,构建并优化FOF模拟组合
- 持续跟踪持仓基金的表现,定期输出绩效分析报告,识别潜在风格漂移、流动性、信用等风险,提出调仓建议
- 开发或优化基金评价模型、归因分析框架、配置模型等,参与内部投研系统与数据库的建设与维护
- 对外支持机构/渠道的路演与尽调需求,对内为投资决策委员会提供研究支持与专题报告
所需的资格、能力和技能
- 国内外知名院校硕士及以上学历,金融、经济、数量经济、统计、金融工程等相关专业
- 3年以上公募基金、券商资管、保险资管或银行理财子等机构的基金研究或FOF投资相关经验
- 具备可追溯的公开业绩记录更佳
- 熟练掌握基金评价体系
- 独立思考、逻辑清晰、具备较强的抗压能力与团队协作精神
- 良好的文字与口头表达能力,能够清晰输出投资观点与研究报告
- 具备基金从业资格
