As an APAC Corporate Security Operations Specialist in the Global Security team, you play a vital role in supporting our security and administrative operations across the region. You work closely with colleagues and stakeholders to deliver security programs, ensure compliance, and contribute to a safe and secure environment for all. You will be part of a collaborative team that values diverse perspectives and encourages professional growth.

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the delivery of corporate security programs and projects across APAC
  • Support governance programs in partnership with functional and product leads
  • Prepare reports and materials for management oversight
  • Track timelines for document and product reviews and revisions
  • Ensure quality control, assurance, gap analysis, and exception reporting for assessments and due diligence
  • Validate policies by identifying issues, conducting research, and consulting with stakeholders
  • Assist in administering regional guarding operations
  • Develop and track training programs for the security team and guard forces
  • Collaborate with partners to deliver facilities security design aligned with global standards
  • Support audits and ensure compliance with firm and regulatory requirements
  • Provide operational support for security requirements and events

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in security operations
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent
  • Knowledge of corporate security practices
  • Excellent time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including data compilation and presentation creation
  • Ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Experience in coordinating projects and working with multiple stakeholders
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to work within cost and resource allowances
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to compliance, risk management, and ethical conduct

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Professional certifications in security, risk, or related fields
  • Experience supporting security operations in a multinational organization
  • Familiarity with physical security systems and emergency response protocols
  • Experience in policy validation and implementation
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the APAC region
  • Experience in training program development and delivery
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
