Analytics Strategy Program Manager-Senior Associate

As an Operations Strategy Project Manager on the Product & Experience Analytics Team, your role will blend product strategy, consulting, and analytics. You will help define the hypotheses we test, work with finance to measure ROI, and translate insights into actionable, efficiency-driving recommendations for senior leaders. This position offers an opportunity to apply both strategic and product thinking to bridge design, data, and business outcomes for some of Chase's most innovative pilot programs.

Job Responsibilities
- Serve as a consultant and product strategist to design, implement, and analyze pilot programs that test improvements in product development efficiency.
- Partner with product, analytics, and finance to frame hypotheses, define metrics, and design experiments that measure business impact.
- Build and iterate on business case frameworks, including identifying inputs needed to quantify ROI over time.
- Conduct research to inform strategic proposals for inclusion in internal-facing products designed to drive productivity and efficiency across all employees engaged in building and maintaining the 107 software products at Chase.
- Conduct data-driven analyses to assess opportunities and develop recommendations on where and how to pilot new approaches.
- Communicate complex ideas with clarity, translating outcomes into narratives that support decision-making by senior leaders (CFO, CTO, CPO)
- Leverage product thinking and design frameworks to ensure pilots address real user and business needs; coach others to inject the same practices into their work.
- Maintain a rigorous controls environment to ensure accurate and timely results.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- 3+ years of industry experience in consulting, solution design, or business analytics roles (e.g., marketing analytics, sales analytics, business insights)
- Experience with data analytics and/or visualization techniques (e.g. SQL, Python, Tableau, Alteryx), as well as big data technologies (e.g. Hadoop, Cassandra, AWS)
- Excellent communication, with an ability to convey the strategic vision in a digestible manner for varying technical and senior audiences
- Experience with design thinking practices and tools (e.g., Lucid, Figma, customer journey mapping) and product management principles (e.g., Agile)
- Consulting orientation with ability to influence and effectively lead cross-functional teams
- Self-starter with out-of-the box problem solving skills and a drive to bring new ideas to life
- Experience and knowledge of data science and analytical methodologies and approaches, and familiarity with various artificial intelligence functionalities
- Undergraduate degree in a quantitative discipline
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Experience at a consulting firm, in technology product organizations, or financial services/banking industry
- Understanding of the financial services or retail banking industry
