As an Associate on the Product Analytics team, you will deliver actionable insights to product owners and senior leadership that inform prioritization, optimize user journeys, and enhance client experience. You will synthesize product usage data and client feedback into clear narratives, scenario analyses, and forecasts that quantify the expected impact of product changes on user behavior and client outcomes. Your work will enable teams to make confident, data‑driven decisions and measure results against defined objectives.

The Product Analytics team ensures data is translated into insights that guide product strategy and execution. The team connects product telemetry and stakeholder feedback to business outcomes, embedding key data and observability into decision‑making. We deliver dashboards, analyses, and forward‑looking models that provide visibility into performance and anticipated client impact, supporting strategic alignment across product and business initiatives.

Job responsibilities

  • Partner with Product, Business, and Technology to define core product metrics and OKRs; align measurement plans to strategy and roadmap.
  • Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to product owners and senior leadership to inform prioritization, optimize user journeys, and enhance client experience.
  • Manage analytics intake, triage, and status updates; balance quick‑turn requests with strategic initiatives based on business needs.
  • Build scenario analyses and forecasting models to quantify the expected impact of product changes on user behavior, client outcomes, and business performance.
  • Translate complex data into clear narratives, dashboards, and executive‑ready summaries that drive decisions.
  • Define event instrumentation and data capture requirements; optimize analytics and visualization tools to ensure data quality, reliability, and accessibility.
  • Reconcile quantitative usage data with customer feedback and qualitative inputs; document processes and metric definitions to scale analytics across product teams.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data analysis within financial services, fintech, or related industries.
  • Strong SQL, Python, and data modeling skills; ability to work with large, complex data sets and deliver actionable insights.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake or Databricks.
  • Proficiency with Tableau and other data visualization tools.
  • Experience with embedded analytics and integrating data from multiple sources and platforms.
  • Strong communication and data storytelling skills; excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, and adaptability.
