As the Analytics Advisor, Executive Director, you will scale a global advisory function that translates complex people data into compelling stories for senior leaders. You'll embed insight into processes like performance reviews, succession planning, and workforce allocation to influence strategy, risk management, and talent growth. Partnering across BI, AI & Data Science, and the Chief Data Office, you'll ensure data quality, governance, and automation underpin every advisory engagement. You will establish intake and delivery mechanisms to provide high-velocity, high-value analytics support at scale.

Your team comprises experienced data analysts, visualization experts, and storytellers serving as embedded partners to HR functions and business lines worldwide. Together, you'll collaborate with cross-functional partners to build self-service capabilities and predictive models. Job responsibilities

  • Build, scale, and lead a global team of HR Analytics Advisors embedded with business leaders and HR functions
  • Define the mission, operating model, and success measures of the advisory function in alignment with the firm's people strategy
  • Establish the function as a trusted advisor to senior executives, including the CHRO, CFO, COO, and business leaders
  • Drive proactive analytics to identify workforce trends, risks, and opportunities and develop recommended action plans
  • Deliver reactive analytics to address ad-hoc strategic workforce inquiries with rapid, data-driven insights
  • Provide cyclical analytics aligned to HR processes such as performance reviews, succession planning, and talent allocation
  • Develop executive-ready presentations that articulate complex insights clearly, persuasively, and visually
  • Partner with the Business Intelligence team to automate recurring reporting and enhance self-service capabilities
  • Collaborate with AI & Data Science and the Chief Data Office to ensure high-quality source data, governance, and predictive analytics support
  • Establish operating mechanisms for intake, prioritization, and scalable delivery of advisory requests
  • Track, measure, and communicate the business impact of analytics advisory work

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Proven ability to build and scale global teams across multiple geographies
    Strong track record of engaging and influencing C-suite executives through data-driven insights and storytelling
  • Deep experience bridging business strategy with data science, reporting, and HR systems
  • Exceptional executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to present insights to senior leaders
  • Strategic thinker who connects data to commercial and workforce outcomes
  • Strong collaboration skills with experience leading through influence in matrixed environments
  • Comfortable operating in high-visibility, high-stakes settings
  • Passion for advancing HR through data-driven decision-making and talent strategy
  • Experience defining mission, operating models, and success metrics for advisory functions
  • Proficiency with analytics and presentation tools used for executive advisory engagements

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in analytics, data, or business strategy within a large, complex global organization (financial or professional services preferred)
  • Demonstrated success in establishing high-performing global advisory teams with strong internal demand and satisfaction
  • Proven impact on business outcomes through analytics (e.g., improved retention, accelerated mobility, optimized workforce allocation)
  • Experience integrating analytics into recurring HR processes and decision-making forums
  • Track record of increasing self-service analytics adoption and automating routine data requests
  • Recognition as a trusted partner by business and HR leadership
